Miss Lauren

Co-Owner/Artistic Director/Instructor


  Lauren began dancing at the young age of 5, later grew into her role as an assistant teacher at the age of 12. A few short years later Lauren started teaching at 14. 

Her formal studies include Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, & Musical Theatre. She has been examined by the BATD (British Association of Teachers of Dancing) and was awarded Honors and Highly Commended in Ballet, Jazz, and Tap examinations. 
Lauren has acheived Acrobatic Arts Certification for Module 1 and     Module 2, ADAPT TTS Year 1, Progressing Ballet Technique Junior through Advanced.
 
As her love of dance grew, Lauren found her love of creating original, meaningful, and artistic choreography. As a competitive instructor she has produced award winning choreography. Lauren strongly believes in giving back to the community and has been invited to teach and choreograph at Glad Tidings Community Church in Blenheim and at multiple charity events.  

Lauren enjoys learning and teaching, but what excites her most is sharing her knowledge and passion for the arts with others.
